I knew from a young age that I wanted to be an entrepreneur! My dad became a realtor around the time I was 10 years old, and I was always amazed at the fact he had the ability to come home during his lunch breaks. I knew from that point on that I wanted that kind of flexibility for my future adult life.

  I went to community college in Sacramento and received an AA in Communications.  Instead of transfering to a four year university like i originally intended on (to make my parents happy) I used my "college fund" to pay for permanent makeup classes in 2017. This was the start of my journey as an entrepreneur and I haven't looked back since. I know what it's like to start a business and build it from the ground up. I know how busy and overwhelming it can be and how hard it can be to ask for help. My goal as a designer is to help brands make more money by creating a one of a kind experience for their customers/clients. You've already done the hard part of starting the business... let me take some of the burden off of you and cover your online presence .If you're ready I'm ready... let's do this!

Yes! I am going to need a few high quality images from you to use for your website. I highly recommend booking a shoot with a local photographer if you haven't already. I can technically start the website without the photos and just use stock images in place of where your photos will go, but seeing your photos really helps me understand your vibe and invision your web design. The photos should represent the color scheme of your brand. For example, If your brand vibe is neutral tones don't take photos in bright neon clothing or with a distracting colorful background.

I will also need copy for all of the sections you plan on having. No one can write as good of an "about me" section as you because let's face it who knows you better than you?! I can help with some of the copy but you know your business better than I do!

do i need to provide anything to get started?

what platform do you design on?

The hosting site and web design platform I use is called Showit! This platform allows me to create stunning websites without coding which is a-maz-ing. This makes it easy for me to teach you how to make changes to your website down the road if you need to. (This way you don't have to wait on me to make any changes for you).

Showit is similar to Squarespace or Wix. You will need top purchase a Showit subscription in order to uset the web design I make for you. (They have monthly and yearly subscription options).

do you offer a payment plan?

Yes! You can either pay in full at the time of contract signing, or you can pay 50% at the time of signing and 50% when your web design is completed and ready to be delivered. (full payment must be received before I hand the web design over to you)

Is there anything extra i will have to pay for?

Yes there are a few extra things you will need to pay for during this process. You will need to create an account on Showit and choose their monthly or yearly plan. You will also need to pay for your domain, and any licensed fonts that I utilize in your design (I will ask for your approval before choosing a font that requires you to purchase a license for use)
